About Liberty Jane Clothing: Cinnamon launched Liberty Jane into to the doll clothes world in 2008 with a fresh new take on Fashion in Miniature. Her collection of intricately detailed garments showcased in limited edition auctions caught fire and built a following in the collector community. The brand includes four main themes, Outback Libby, Euro Libby, Malibu Libby, and Tokyo Libby; allowing Cinnamon to explore several different fashion cultures in her work. The theme "make real clothes, just smaller" is predominant throughout the Liberty Jane catalog.
In 2009 she introduced one of the first full-color photo step by step style PDF sewing patterns online - the Liberty Jane T-Shirt Pattern, followed by the Mini Skirt, Cropped Jacket, and Jeans Bundle, which revolutionized the doll-clothes pattern niche. From the beginning, Cinnamon has worked to include other independent pattern makers alongside the Liberty Jane brand providing resources such as the Design Academy and Pattern Academy so that others could confidently create and sell their patterns too! I found Liberty Jane patterns many years ago, they seem to be a cut above most doll clothing patterns back then and still are! I am intrigued by the Boomerette falls dress and jacket right now, but have a lot of LJ patterns.
I honestly can’t remember how I found Pixie Faire, but I’m so glad I did. It’s so difficult to choose a favorite Liberty Jane pattern, but I think I’d have to choose the Steam Jacket and Skirt. So cute!
I was first introduced to Liberty Jane / Pixie Faire several years ago, when I was searching for doll clothes patterns. I absolutely love Liberty Jane patterns, they look like mini versions of clothes I wear myself. I’ve always found the instructions clear and easy to follow and I love that she also has a YouTube channel with so many helpful tips!
I can’t remember how I first came across Pixie Faire, but I think I was most likely searching on Goggle to find something that would spark my creativity. I have loved the Liberty Jane patterns and classes that have taught me so many nuances and helped me to improve my sewing.
Hi, I found Liberty Jane on the internet when searching for doll patterns many years ago. My favorite out of the Liberty Jane patterns is the Ginza Girl Coat and Capelet.
I was first introduced to Liberty Jane design via Pixiefaire.com almost 10 years ago. I was teaching myself how to make doll clothes by following well written patterns. Teaching myself how to use a sewing machine and how to follow pattern instructions was a great way to fight depression after brain surgery and gain back some of my fine motor skills. Thanks Liberty Jane for being part of my recovery journey
I was introduced to Liberty Jane patterns when I began making doll clothes. Too many favorites to name.
i have been following Pixie Faire/Liberty Jane for years. My youngest daughters grew up with this fun platform. My 2 favorite patterns Hello Oscar, and the motorcycle jacket.
Here is my order to happiness: 1. Jesus, 2. Family/Friends, 3. Happiness/health. and 4. Pixie Faire. My to go for fun!
Love all of LJ patterns! I like that everything looks like stuff people wear today. Thanks for the giveaway!💓

From Facebook to this site, it’s been so great to find intricate patterns from so many eras. Really enjoying this.
My daughter and I discovered Pixie Faire when my granddaughters got into American Girl Dolls. The pattern selection is fantastic. I have a great collection. My favorite Liberty Jane patterns are the Baseball t-shirt, Piccadilly pjs, Button Up Shirt and the Crossbody purse.
I have been fortunate to own several of Cinnimon’s patterns and to use and enjoy the results. Would love to hear more about Cinnamon. Favorite flower? Favorite Foods? Favorite kind of music? Favorite place to visit?
I was introduced to Liberty Jane through Pixie Faire. I think my favorite is probably Opening Night Dress. It is a stunning design.
I think I found out about Liberty Jane Patterns from a google search. I don’t remember if I found Sew powerful first or the doll clothes patterns first or maybe it was about the same time for both. I love the Sew Powerful purse pattern and have made many for the project. I also love all of the doll clothes patterns but I probably use the Trendy T-shirt pattern with variations the most.
Thanks for the giveaway!
I was first introduced to Liberty Jane when I began searching for doll clothing sewing patterns. I love the Jacket and the dresses.
Well ALL the bells and whistles..went off in my brain when I stumbled on a page in a Doll Forum magazine, showcasing!? Liberty Jane/PixieFaire featuring MrsMiles…you should change your name to Smiles, because, that was on my face the whole day and every day since. What you and your team have created; allows the humble lil ol me to create in the many different aspects of sewing for the dolls I love>for the adventures I can make>and for the frustration I sometimes feel, when you have tutorials on favorite patterns that I attempt to make, phew -you have taught me patience; seam ripping at its finest; colour co ordinating and fabric pairing: the common sense of foundation making and the/my mantra I CAN DO THIS !! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have given an almost lost art LIFE ! My many little divas’ also would like to Thank you, Cinnamon, for the gift of what is possible. Keeps me young lol xo
I was introduced to Liberty Jane Clothing in my local Smocking Arts Guild of America chapter. I can’t choose a favorite because we need different pieces of clothing, but I love that they fit and have been well tested.
I found Liberty Jane right after finding Pixie Faire when looking for dress patterns for my granddaughters.
Favorite pattern is Alice Springs Dress 18” Doll Clothes Pattern
I heard of Liberty Jane a few years ago from a review on a pattern review website and found Pixie Faire as a result. My favorite pattern is the denim jacket. I have one cut out and ready to go!
I believe my favorite patterns are the jeans bundle and the jeans jacket. I have all the sizes and use the jeans for every size doll I sew for. I absolutely love the pockets, especially for the little, bitty baby! I have to admit though that I do tend to adjust the pattern to fit a bit better, without using the elastic. The jackets are a lot of fun to make and are so satisfying when they’re finished. Thank you Cinnamon!!! I found your website a few years ago when my granddaughters wanted clothes for their Wellie Wishers.
I have been a long term member of SWC and have quite a few patterns collected along the way. I think the annual membership is worth every penny and then some! I have learned so, so much from Cinnamon, Donna and Shari.
I found out about Liberty Jane when I learned about Pixie Faire from a post on Facebook. I have been purchasing patterns for over 5+ years. I have so many Liberty Jane patterns I have made that I cannot pick a favorite.
I discovered Liberty Jane patterns when I needed a bomber jacket pattern for a custom dressed sock monkey. I had previously learned that the 18" doll clothes patterns fit the monkeys that I make, so I went looking for an appropriate doll pattern. Now I have added American Girl and Bitty Baby outfits to my bazaar table, and will soon be adding Wellie Wishers!
When I picked up sewing again because my daughters received dolls, I came across your patterns on line. Now they are the only patterns I have and love. I have been sewing doll clothes for my children and grand children and also for toys for tots for a long time and now I have a great granddaughter on the way so I have already started sewing for her. I really don’t have a favorite, I love them all and have used all of the ones I own. Thank you so much for all the fun that we have had with all the wonderful things that you have brought into our lives.
I think I probably found out about LJC on doll forums. It was ages ago.
I have been a member of Pixie Faire for so long that I can’t remember exactly how I came across them. I believe I had heard about the American Girl dolls and purchased my first one, them did a search for patterns on my dial up modem out here in the middle of nowhere, which gave me time to go fix me some lunch and come back, and there they were! I now have so many patterns that it is ridiculous. I stopped printing them all out quite some time ago, and now only print the cover page and pattern pieces. I use my computer for the instructions, usually. I have never looked back. What a grand site!
I discovered Liberty Jane doll clothes patterns many years ago when I was looking for patterns to make clothes for my daughter’s doll. I wanted to make doll clothes that were like the clothes that my daughter was wearing, so her doll could match her. I found just what I was looking for with the free t-shirt pattern and the jeans pattern. I’ve collected and made several more Liberty Jane patterns since then.
I stumbled across Liberty Jane patterns several years ago when I was browsing for inspiration for doll clothes. So happy I found it because I love so many of these innovative and creative patterns. I’m not sure I can pick a favorite, but the one I’ve made the most is the Trendy Tee and its variations.
I love all the Liberty Jane patterns. They are so easy to follow and they come out great. Thanks for sharing your talent.
I have been a Liberty Jane pattern fan for quite awhile. I first saw Cinnamon’s patterns online, and I’ve been an avid fan ever since. What I love about the patterns is that they are like regular garments you would find in the store, just in miniature. They are so cute, and I can’t resist them!
A lady I worked with introduced me to Liberty Jane patterns in 2007 when I started sewing for my granddaughters. The patterns are all easy to sew and look so good when finished. I can’t say I have a favorite because I like all of the ones I have used. Looking through this post I’ve seen a couple more I would like to have. I really do use the tee shirt pattern a lot along with the jeans pattern, especially when I want something nicer than a pull on pant.
Gosh, I have been a member for so long that I want to go back and see if I have a record of it somewhere. Once I saw the attention to fit and quality, I was sold and never looked back! I used to get so frustrated with doll clothes that I had labored over, turning out oversized and frumpy, not so with Liberty Jane patterns. Some of my favorites are the ballet outfits, Regency clothes, and the Outback patterns.
I first came across Liberty Jane patterns online when I was searching for free 18" doll clothes patterns. I came across the drawstring sundress and discovered your site and all its wonderful patterns. I have so many; I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite!!
several years ago my granddaughter saw the Hello Oscar Dress on social media and wanted me to make it so I had to search for the pattern without knowing what it was and the rest is history. ( many doll clothes patterns later)
My favorite fashions come from the Outback Libby collection
A girlfriend introduced me to PixieFaire when I was telling her about my love for American Girl dolls.
I have so many favourites, but I think I had the most fun making the motorcycle jacket. Don’t get me started!!!!
I love PixieFaire!! Hope to win … I never won any giveaway so I hope to do so. Continue the great work.
I first discovered Pixie Faire and Liberty Jane patterns after seeing them mentioned in a post in an 18" doll sewing Facebook group. Since then, I have amassed literally dozens of them! I love the modern take on styling for 18" dolls, as well as the basics like the jeans bundle. I would have a hard time choosing my favourite but, if pressed, I would have to say it’s the Picadilly Peacoat. Kind of reminds me of the Carnaby Street fashions of the 1960s, which I love.
I’ve been a member for at least 10 years. I love seeing and especially love anything miniature! So I get both while creating fashion for the 18” dolls.
Pixie Faire is my favorite designer.
I have so many Liberty Jane patterns that you can count the ones’ I don’t have on your digits.I have enjoyed them all. I printed the Title List from SWC and have most of them checked.
WOW! Honestly, I can’t remember HOW I first found Liberty Jane, but I DO know it’s been a LONG time. A favorite of mine? All of them!
I love Liberty Jane Patterns, they sew up so well. I look every friday for new patterns. I think I found Cinnamon and her wonderful creations in 2010. My favorite go to spot. The web site is incredible.
I highly recommend it to everyone with a doll sewing preference. there are so many of her patterns. I make the jean bundle for both girls and boys. I also have the patterns in different sizes for my different dolls.
I have taken the classes, purchased the pixie packs. Thank you so very much
I discovered Libery Jane doll patterns many years ago when I first started making 18" doll clothes and the over-the counter patterns did not fit properly. I was impressed with the detail and the fit of her patterns and have been a fan ever since.
I have made quite a few Liberty Jane patterns like a lot of your commenters. They always fit together well and come out looking amazing. It’s enjoyable to construct something that satisfying.
Boy, it’s been so long that I’m not entirely sure. I think I was scrolling for free patterns and ran across the website. It’s been so fun!
New member from the UK, used a few Blythe patterns from Pixie Faire in the past which I discovered on Etsy. Very pleased to find your own website and as I’m receiving a Ruby Red Fashion Friend doll for my birthday I have purchased and downloaded a few of the beautiful Liberty Jane patterns to sew for her. I absolutely love the detail and design as I prefer my dolls to have ‘real’ clothes.
Been a member of SWC since 2017. I have several of the pixie packs for Cinnamon’s designs: including 9 different coat/jacket packs. Love her sophisticated style! I’ve been purchasing from Pixie Faire since 2015. Can’t remember how I stumbled on her site. Have taken the classes in design, sewing, and pattern. I’ve learned so much and continue to do so! Thanks Cinnamon!!
I found Pixiefaire and Liberty Jane when my granddaughter got her 1st AG doll. I loved making matching outfits for them.
I found Liberty Jane patterns online through Pixie Faire when I started to make doll clothes. I’m always happy with the results. There’s also been free patterns offered intermittently that has helped with my collection of doll clothes for kids at Christmas.
I’ve been collecting her patterns for years- I love them all but the first one I ever sewed was the free t-shirt pattern.
The instructions are amazing and the patterns fit well so the time I get to sew is productive and the results are great. Thank you for these excellent designs.
I honestly can’t remember how I found out about Liberty Jane designs! I’ve been buying and making items for so many years, and still love them as much as ever. The fact that the clothes are what real people would wear is what drew me in. I especially love the fact that she is constantly evolving sizing for many doll lines. I don’t have a favorite pattern, although I’ve purchased quite a few that I haven’t actually made yet! Love them all!
I found you by accident searching the internet and realized I found a gem. I love the contemporary looks for my Truly Me American Girl dolls. Favorite is the steampunk bundle. So unique. Thanks for your dedication to dolls. :)
I found Liberty Jane while doing an internet search for 18" doll patterns over ten years ago. I now have almost all of her patterns. I appreciate the wide variety of patterns for a wide variety of dolls. All of her patterns come with great instructions and pictures and fit the dolls well. I pick a favorite – I have too many – but the Janes shoes (all types), t-shirts (all types), Salina dress and Piccadilly PJs are among my favorites. I always get excited when I see there’s a new Liberty Jane pattern available.
A friend of mine told me about Liberty Jane and I was immediately hooked. Have bought soooo many patterns through the years! Cinnamon is my go to person for answers with hard designs.
I discovered Liberty Jane patterns a while back and tried a few of the freebies. My granddaughter now has some wellie wisher dolls and I love that I can find patterns for them on Pixie Faire. The selection is great and the outfits are fun to make.
Liberty Jane patterns were a joy to find years ago when I was searching for doll clothes patterns to sew for my daughter’s new doll. When Pixie Faire began I continued to be an avid follower. With all the delightful choices from basics to fancy clothes I don’t think I could pick a favourite. Thank you for creating and continuing this wonderful space for doll lovers
I love Liberty Jane and Pixie Faire. Such fun patterns and notions.

So hard to pick a favorite because there are many that I have made over and over. I guess my favorite is the Denim Jacket. So realistic!
Love Liberty Jane patterns. The Jeans Bundle is one of my favorite pattern. Sewn both the skinny jeans and shorts pattern love them! Great style and fit and they sew up quickly. 👍
I found Liberty Jane patters while taking a class at a local sewing machine store. Another class member and I started making doll clothes. We gave all of them to the Toys for Tots for their Christmas collection.
I m not sure what year I found Pixie Faire, but I have been following Cinnamon ever since then. I wanted to make some clothes for my granddaughters’ dolls, a lady at the fabric store told me about this wonderful website that she followed. I love so many outfits, it’s hard to choose one.
My daughter left her American girl doll with me when she grew up and left home. I’ve recently found pxiefaire and love all the different styles of clothes for 18 inch dolls! I really love all of Liberty Jane’s clothing for the dolls, especially the jackets!
Nine years ago I became interested in sewing clothes for 18-inch dolls when a granddaughter received an American Girl doll for Christmas. As I looked online for design ideas, I discovered Pixie Faire and have been a fan ever since. I have no favorite Liberty Jane pattern as I like all the ones I have, which are many.
I used to make 18” doll clothes for my niece about 12 years ago. My favorite was the liberty Jane tee shirt. After not sewing for ten years, I am about to sew the tee shirt for the 14.5 “ doll. I love these patterns!

I discovered Liberty Jane when many years ago I was looking for fun patterns for my nieces’ AG dolls. I participated in Design Academy when Cinnamon had about 15 pattern designers on the site! Since then, I’ve watched the site grow and become Pixie Faire. My nieces grew up and I guess I didn’t because now I sew doll clothes just because it’s fun! Pixie Faire is an incredible website.
I love the Liberty Jane patterns and have made several.
I had a Liberty Jane doll still in the original box and outfit. I gave it to a little girl who wanted a doll to play with. She was so excited to have this doll, she immediately opened it and loved it. I started looking for clothes to make for 18 inch dolls and found pixie faire doll clothes patterns. There is such an assortment of patterns to choose from, and instructional videos to watch. I have so many favorites it’s hard to pick just one or two. Love your patterns and love the prices. Keep up the wonderful work pixie faire! Love y’all.

I was interested in sewing doll clothes for my granddaughter and happened on the site. I have been an avid fan and member of sewing with Cinnamon from day one. I believe in sew powerful and have sponsored sewing and monetary donations for many years. My goal is to sew all of the liberty jane patterns for 18-inch dolls as it is great fun, good learning, and a great use of a fabric stash that has been building for 50 years. thank you Cinnamon
My granddaughters love doll clothes from me either knitted or sewn. Cinnamon provides a wide variety to choose from.
I find Cinnamon & the Liberty Jane patterns so inspirational. With the creation of her website she has pioneered a whole new way of sewing from patterns & thinking about doll clothes. Although the frills & ruffles are still there the addition of the clothes we spend our lives in miniaturized is amazing. I have so MANY of her patterns it is impossible to choose. Thank you for opening my eyes to a new way of dressing dolls.
I came across the Pixie Faire website and the Liberty Jane patterns there. I have many favorites LJ patterns but I absolutely love the motorcycle jacket! So finely detailed. When I made my first one, my adult daughter wished I could make one her size!
I started making doll clothes for the annual Christmas Toy Drive in 2013. They were very basic “dolly” designs and ones that I wasn’t all that happy with gifting. So I did a search online and found Pixie Faire and those were the designs I wanted to make for the dolls. My favorite pattern changes with each project and when I find the perfect fabric for that design.
I think I’ve been a customer since the beginning. I almost died in 2010 and my husband bought me a Limo of sewing machines to inspire my recovery. I needed simple easy to finish projects to start with. So, I started to sew doll clothes for my future grandchildren I now have over a hundred patterns and a suitcase full of doll clothes, I like being able to download the pattern right away. I like the historical dresses and the classic jeans pattern. My dolls have a wardrobe full of shoes. I now sew for charity auctions and Christmas give aways. I came across Pixie Faire/ Liberty Jane back in 2014 when I was looking for American Girl patterns for my Samantha doll. Pinterest images were where I first discovered Liberty Jane patterns. Wonderful patterns!
I came across Pixie Faire in 2015 looking online for doll clothes patterns. I’ve learned so much working with these patterns and in the classes. It’s impossible to pick a favorite pattern but I started with Freebie Fridays. I love the pattern hacks! Lately I think my favorite is the Country Mart Sundress! It’s adorable and has the pixie pack too!

The one I like the most would be the Hello Oscar Dress pattern. Thank you Cinnamon for the awesome giveaways.❤️😘💋
I love all the LJ patterns and can’t choose one as I’ve been following along since 2012. My first pattern was the Tom’s shoes! I used to love the YouTube contest for designing a custom doll and outfit then Cinnamon would create it for a winner
I have been following you from your beginning. My favorites were the contests you had for us to design an outfit and the winner would get it made. Love your patterns too, all that I’ve made fit so well.

I discovered Liberty Jane years ago when I was sitting with several of my granddaughters and we were looking for patterns they liked that I could make for their dolls. We all immediately loved that these doll clothes look like the clothes they wear. I am also grateful for the Dress Form Bundle, and that patterns are available for differently sized dolls. I cannot express how much Cinnamon and Liberty Jane has blessed and inspired my own creativity in making doll clothes for my granddaughters.
I love Pixie Faire and the Liberty Jane patterns! All of them are so detailed and cute. Now I am sewing a wardrobe for my great granddaughter!
I have just recently found Pixie Faire’s website. I used to sew for my granddaughters’ 18" dolls, but they are all grown up now. Two of the still have their dolls and I have an “Our Generation” doll that I used for fittings. I am now interested in sewing more stylish clothes and Pixie Faire sure has those kind of patterns.
The patterns so much fun, so sweet and whimsical. Such a joy and pleasure to create and give as gifts. So much creativity and thought and attention to detail goes into each pattern. It is an incredibly enjoyable outlet for my imagination!

My first introduction to Liberty Jane and Pixie Faire was a sew along for the sweet little jean jacket. When I finished, I was hooked. I couldn’t believe I was able to make something from a pattern that looked so difficult. Now, I have over 100 patterns! Liberty Jane patterns always fit perfectly! Thank you, Cinnamon!
I don’t remember how I found Pixie Faire. It was a long time ago. As to favorite patterns I like the Coronado dress and top a lot. I also like the peacoat. But probably my favorites are the shoe patterns, especially the ones that fit Fashion Friends. I must have made enough doll shoes to outfit the 12 Dancing Princesses. I always add a few stitches to reinforce the No Sew Janes. What doll ever has enough shoes?
I’ve had the pleasure of making some liberty jane clothing such as the jeans, piccadilly coat and more. I love these patterns. i would love to win a $25 gift card so I can try some other patterns.Thanks.
I can’t remember how I found Pixie Faire, but I know I love it! Having 4 sons, I never got a chance to make girlie clothing, so I started dressing dolls. I’ll forever be a child at heart. Thank you, Cinnamon, for your patterns and all that you do!
I have been following Cinnamon, Liberty Jane and PixieFaire since almost the beginning. My daughter is now 19 and no longer interested in dolls but this Mom is still loving these patterns. I will find someone new to make doll clothes for!

I came across Pixie Faire while searching for doll clothes patterns to sew for my granddaughter during Covid lock down. I’m now sewing for doll clothes to sell and use the money to buy dolls to donate at Christmas. Such a fun hobby. My favorite pattern right now is the Hollywood Track Suit. I have many Liberty Jane patterns.
