"I am a full-time mom to three children. When I'm not busy trying to keep up with them, I enjoy designing and sewing. I learned to sew from my mother at the age of 11. While I would sew off and on through the years I didn't start sewing doll clothing until my daughter received a doll for her birthday. Designing started soon after as I would find myself shopping for clothing for my daughter and think 'Hmm, wouldn't that look cute in doll size.' The rest, as they say, is history.
I am excited to be partnered with Pixie Faire and share my designs with you. I hope you have as much fun sewing them as I have had to design them!"
We'd love to hear from you. Leave a comment and tell us which Love from Lola pattern design you love most!
Thanks, everyone!

My favorites of the patterns I have are Minnie and Gracie for recreating iconic historical styles, and Bobbie for the many different options.
I’m torn between the 1840s work dress and Shoshana. I like both of them a lot.
Hard to choose, but I love the Madeline 18" pattern.

I love the Elsie dress. I’ve made it in both the 18” and 14.5 – 15” sizes. It is just love with the layers and folds of the skirt. It makes a great princess dress.
I love all these patterns it is really hard to choose just one, but if I need to I will go with the Elsie dress. But the details on all the patterns is great.

I love all of Lola’s patterns, especially Layla Rae, the Elsie dress and the Rhonda sundress.
Great designs
They are all adorable, but Elsie is my favorite.
Your patterns are versatile, and for all occasions, a lovely collection to chose from. I love the jumpsuit in orange on the layout to this Email. I, too learned to sew at a young age. When I had my daughter, she wanted a doll her age, so I would sew her an outfit and her doll one to match. She kept all the dolls, and outfits and her daughter loved them as well, and is now saving them for her children. Though neither my daughter or Granddaughter sew, these have a heritage. I still am making neighborhood children happy and teaching some to sew. I love to help them learn to create doll outfits of their own to cherish.
I love Rhonda! It reminds me of 50’s dresses.
I love doll clothes and these are so cute.
I love the simple everyday styles of the clothes. It’s hard to choose a favourite because they are all so cute!
I have several different Love from Lola patterns. They go together nicely and look really cute on the dolls.
I’m sorry to say I’ve never used a pattern from this designer, but that will quickly change. Her patterns are really cute and I will be ordering some soon. Thank you for bringing her to my attention.
I like the Madeline jacket very much. Glad it comes in 15" size! When I was in college [near the middle of the last century] my mother made me a tie front coat of the type called a polo coat. It did not have princess seams. It had cuffs and two big patch pockets in front. It was of blue tweed with a red satin lining. I wore it with a red Basque barrette and a red silk paisley scarf. This pattern could be used to make something similar for a doll. It could also be tweaked into a convincing trench coat. I also liked the reversible romper and the circles around jacket. We’ve probably seen our last romper weather for this year so it’s time to get my dolls into jackets and coats for the colder seasons.
The Layla Rae pattern is so cute! I love how the placement of fabrics, lace or other trimmings give such different and fun looks
I’ve created with this designer before & the results were so cute. The pattern offered tomorrow would also fit the bill.
Your patterns are really nice. I made the Elsie dress and my great niece loved it.
