Hearts For Hearts Girls® Dell: Dell is a cheerful and talented-ten-year old girl living in Kentucky. Her father was a coal miner but when the mine closed, her family had to leave their home in the Appalachian Mountains. Dell and her mother still visit their old neighborhood, bringing food and blankets to friends in need. Dell loves walking the high trails, which make her feel like she 'swallowed sunshine'. She tries hard to share that feeling by writing and singing her own songs. Maybe then she can show people the true beauty of her mountains.

Her family own a bakery, so their apartment above it always smells like something wonderful to eat! Nyesha is my favorite, although every doll is beautiful, and their stories are amazing. It was hard to pick just one, as this is an amazing collection. Pixie Faire has been such a joy in my life and this dolls story is one of the dreams i had myself, so it resinates with me.
