About Journey Girls®
As the name suggests, the Journey Girls® are a group of friends who travel the world together. Each doll has their own unique leadership skills and way that she helps her friends along their adventures. Journey Girls® were formerly the private label 18-inch doll of Toys “R” Us stores, but were moved by the company to being sold primarily on Amazon in July of 2019.

Journey Girls® Measurements
While the Journey Girls® doll is 18-inches tall, she has different proportions and measurements compared to an 18-inch American Girl® doll. The main differences between the two dolls are that the Journey Girls® have a slimmer cloth torso than the AG dolls. This means that Journey Girls® pants and skirts are quite a bit smaller than ones made to fit 18-inch American Girl® dolls. The Journey Girls®, A Girl For All Time®, and American Girl® dolls are pictured above to show that the three dolls are different enough in size to all require different sized clothing and shoes, but are similar enough to be styled together with the same scale of props and furniture.

Each year the girls are rereleased with new outfits and accessories inspired by a new location they have traveled to, such as London, Paris, and Italy.

Jordanna: Released only for the holiday season in 2013, Jordanna was a special edition Paris collection doll. Jordanna loves to study fashion and enjoys shopping. She came dressed in a dark blue ball gown paired with white gloves, a matching blue clutch, and silver jewelry. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
Giovanna: In 2015, Giovanna was the special edition holiday doll. Her long blonde hair and blue eyes are complimented by a masquerade-style silver mask, paired with a red ball gown and faux fur capelet. She also came with silver gloves and a matching wristlet clutch. She was the first Journey Girls® to come with pierced ears.
