I choose the wrong fabric when started making the jacket, had it mostly finished. I like the pattern

Jacket with open ended zip

My experience was fine. The instructions were clear and the pieces fitted easily together. I had to make it shorter and add a band because I have a whole lot of 10 cm zips, and no longer ones. I did not do padding the first time around.

Amazing pattern!

This pattern is completely brilliant! I am only a middling sewist, but I'm so pleased with how these jackets have turned out! They look very professional if you take time and care on the finishings and I appreciate the step by step instructions, as well as the "review of steps" at the end. I read through the whole document on my laptop, then printed out just the review and the pattern pieces and was easily able to complete a jacket in just a couple of hours. I've just cut out fabric for my 5th version and I can't say enough good things about what a pleasant pattern this is! Thank you!

Like all the details, I thought the sizing was a little small.

Anorak Jacket

Love this pattern. It went together so nicely. Zipper application is a piece of cake! Will be making more.
