E=dK2 Dress 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

7 reviews   |

E=dK2 takes the idea of the Energy Dress and multiplies the options. This design idea is focused on variations of the raglan sleeve and features a V-shaped neckline and two skirt options. The sleeves are the star of the show with three different styles to choose from, one of which has three length options. A softly shirred sash is the finishing touch.

This design, by dKinley designs, can go from casual to formal with a change of fabric. Lustrous solids give it a sophisticated look, while fun prints with a contrasting bodice make it the perfect choice for a casual affair. The bodice and skirt sections are lined. Back closure instructions are given for an invisible zipper, but with the 1/2" seam allowance at the center back, snaps or hook and loop tape could be used if desired.

The pattern pieces are compatible with the pattern pieces of the Energy Dress pattern. When combined, the two patterns offer your choice of two bodices, the sash, four skirts, and four sleeves (six, if you count the various lengths), giving you lots of room to make your own unique version.

This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 18" dolls such as American Girl®.
