Recommended Fabrics: cotton or satin fabric
• 10" x 16" of cotton or satin fabric as outer fabric.
As an alternative you can upcycle used board shorts for the outer fabric. Those come in wonderful colors and patterns and are the perfect type of fabric for snow pants.
• 8" x 16" of cotton or satin fabric as liner fabric
• 6" elastic ¼" wide
• Bobby pin or small safety pin
• Needle for sewing by hand
• ½" thick batting sheet (8" x 8") or ¼" thick batting sheet (8" x 16")

These were pretty easy to make, even with using satin for both sides. I love the finished product!
I had the pleasure of testing this pattern. It's fast, easy and best of all, looks like the real thing! It took less than 2 hours to complete this from printing the pattern to the finishing touches (I'm not very quick either) and the fit on my Wellie Wisher was perfect. I've made many of this designer's patterns and have never been disappointed and I'm sure you won't be either.
