More About Each Pattern

The V-Neck Tee For 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: A v-neck tee is a great addition to any doll’s wardrobe! Liberty Jane is excited to offer you this PDF sewing pattern to teach you how to do this “lapped v” technique. This is a perfect project for using upcycled t-shirts that you might have lying around. There are 11 pages of full color step by step instruction as well as 1 page of text only summary of  instructions to save on printer ink! These full color easy to follow instructions walk you through each step in completing your American Girl ® dolls new v neck shirt.

The Mitered Maxi Dress For 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: Love stripes? Showcase them in a fun and interesting way with the mitered maxi skirt design from Liberty Jane! Your doll will love the fit and feel of this trendy foldover maxi skirt. The design features a flowing jersey fabric flatteringly draped in mitered stripes, which creates a silhouette designed for ease of movement, while the stretch waistband provides a perfect fit for a variety of dolls. Pair this skirt with any of your favorite tops, like the Peleton Tank (pictured on the cover) for a trendsetting look! This PDF pattern is designed to fit 18 Inch soft bodied dolls such as American Girl®. The doll pictured on the cover is a Madame Alexander® "My Life As" Doll.  It has a similar body type as well.

The Ruched Hoodie Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl: The new Hoodie design Feartured in the Liberty Jane Fall 2012 Malibu Libby: Star Spotting outfit is now available as a pdf pattern! Perfect for any season, this ruched hoodie will look great on your 18 inch American Girl ® Doll! This is an intermediate level pattern because of the amount of pieces, zipper instalation, and the gathering technique. The body of the jacket is lined, the design features an empire waistline with delicate rushing as well as ruching along the center front. It is designed to be made from a thin knit such as the new rayon blends.

The Sorrento Top Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls Such As American Girl®: This popular top from the Liberty Jane Spring 2011 International Collection has been revised for 2014 to include the By The Boardwalk variation! We've added 8 pages of new instruction to include two complete variations. The 5 strand braid instructions with full color steps are included as well! The Sorrento Top is designed to fit an 18 inch American Girl ® Doll! This design is easy to sew and works with a variety of trims! Have a hard time finding trims? The braid variation can be made without any trims, simply use strips of scrap fabrics to create a unique look. Tips included for sewing with knit fabric which will help prevent stretching and produce evenly stitched hems! Suggested fabrics include: lightweight knit, such as tissue knit, burnout knit, and a variety of other knits. Lace fabric is used for the underlay.

Rushed Hoodie! It’s the only pattern that I don’t have. Having said that, I must say that each if the others would also be a terrific addition to anyone’s pattern stash – All very versatile and if you sew like I do with a little girl or two waiting, reliable and fast while still being a great addition to those 18" fashionistas’ wardrobes! ;-)
