I would love to see a sew along for combat boots for 18" dolls. I’d make ‘em in green, as for Daria, an animated character who’d been told to get 5 outfits to begin the school year and got 5 identical green suits and a pair of matching green Doc Martin’s lace-up boots. As a teen I was frustrated by knee-high boots and socks reaching to mid-calf. It’s great to be able to modify patterns to stitch what one really wants.

I seem to always have difficulty with the semi-bulky material on such a tiny project. I cannot seem to get a nice looking final project when trying to sew doll shoes using thick material. A Sew-along or a How-to video would be great.
