I have made gifts for my loved ones all my life, so it is very difficult to remember and pick one. I think that making special drapes and duvet covers to decorate my granddaughters’ bedrooms when they were small, was probably my most cherished memory. They loved their rooms, until they moved.
One of the most meaningful gifts I have made are the collection of doll clothes I made for my nieces new AG dolls. They put on their own fashion show when all 3 cousins were together. They were having such fun. It was such a blessing to me to be able to bring them joy .
The most meaningful gift I made for someone is a memory bear out of her father’s shirt.
The most meaningful gift I made was a quilt for my mom when she was diagnosed with ALS. I embroidered Bible quotes to give her hope. She loved it. She passed away a few years later and my aunt gave me the quilt.
The most meaningful gift I’ve ever made was an embroidered personalized blanket for a friend’s stillborn baby. Broke my heart.
