My daughter says “do not sew your finger when sewing tiny seems” :-)
My favorite sewing tip or trick is If the outfit calls for buttons to find some that are appropriate for it. Then sew the button on the outside with Velcro under it for closure.
My favorite sewing tip is to keep “dolly” nearby and fit garment along the way for a better fit. I also love invisible zippers. Easy to insert with a professional look. I also love reading and learning from all the tips that have been sent in.

One of my favorite sewing tips: When you need to fold a seam on the seam line as in a facing or such— first iron the seam open, it turns much easier on the seam line.
