My favorite sewing tip or trick is to always have my machines manual within reach, highlight parts for quick reference.
Always be on the lookout for fabric with tiny print. What is too small for people size clothes is perfect for doll clothes.
My favorite sewing tip or trick is using stabilizer scraps to stabilize seams on knits and other soft fabrics
My favourite sewing tip or trick is having the correct presser foot – stitch in the ditch, 1/4 inch guide, edge stitching – just love having the roller foot for pleather, or leather, etc.
I make it practice to clear up, clean up my sewing space, put away all threads, needles, etc. before I start any new project. Keeps me organized.
