My favorite sewing tip or trick is.To pin my pieces together before sewing
My favourite tip is pressing EVERYTHING and take your time when sewing! It just makes things easier as you sew and gives you a beautifully finished garment at the end.
If you make a mistake when sewing, at least rip out your mistake before you stop. It’s very discouraging to come back to your project knowing that you have to begin by ripping. Better yet, if possible and you have enough time fix the mistake so that you are ready to continue beyond where the mistake was made. Knowing that you still have the mistake to complete is also a source of anxiety. This a tip I learned from my mother and I use to this day.
My favorite sewing tip is to read all the instructions before starting.
My favorite sewing tip is to use my small ruler to keep seams flat as I sew over them.
