I have several online suppliers that I use but I also like to shop Thrift Stores. I find some unusual fabrics in the table cloth/placemat section. Lots of usable fabric for a very low price. I like to recycle as much as possible. Also like to shop the Dollar Stores for little items to add to the dolls wardrobe and also cheap socks to make tights and socks for dolls. .Check out garage sales for doll suitcases and trunks.
I have the hardest time finding interesting cotton prints that are not too large for the dolls and beautiful lace trims.
I shop at Joann’s and my mother’s 75 year stash for fabric. I have the hardest time finding reasonably priced hangers for doll clothes since I make them for charitable silent auctions and give them away.
I have the hardest time finding doll size buttons and trims. Much of the fabric I use comes from our outgrown or discarded clothing, I just love when I can reuse a hem!
I have the hardest time finding doll size lace.
