I have the hardest time finding doll size zippers, buckles, buttons, and other embellishments to enhance the doll clothes
I shop at the local thrift stores and repurpose many, many items for clothing and accessories for my dolls. I especially like embroidered curtains for gowns and sequined clothing for formal wear. Plus size cardigans are great for making cardigans for my dolls. I can usually get 12 to 13 sweaters from 1-size 3x cardigan.
I had a hard time finding small print clothes or vinyl for boots, until I started shopping at Goodwill or Value Village esp. on their 50% off day! I love finding unique print, texture or a cool bag to create a mini purse and shoes. The problem is usually I see too many possibilities!
I have the hardest time finding zippers in a correct size for 18” doll fashions.
I have a hard time finding small appliqués to put on doll clothes
