My biggest organizational challenge is having very little space to set up a dedicated sewing space to sit down and start sewing when the mood strikes.

My biggest sewing organization challenge is fabric avalanches. I have waaaay too much fabric that I don’t put away. It sits in piles atop bins of other fabric and eventually it all slides down to the floor. My sewing room is just too small.

My biggest organizational challenge is trying to reclaim my Sewing Room! My Granddaughter (5 years old…) has referred to my special room as “Nana’s Junk Room” for quite a while. I have added too many hobbies since I retired and my Sewing Room has had to share space. My New Year’s Resolution is to try and store my different hobby stuff and SEW—SEW—SEW!!!

My biggest organizational challenge is having too much stuff to organize. I have a roomful of fabric, notions and craft supplies and another room full of doll related things, dolls, clothing, patterns. My sewing area is my kitchen table and my storage for many other things is the hallway leading to my fabric room and doll room, making them unreachable unless I do a lot of work to get to them. So, anything I need at present is stacked and piled around my sewing area. It’s a mess!

My biggest organizational challenge is that I don’t have a sewing room. I could commandeer one of the upstairs bedrooms but that distances me from the rest of my housework and the family. So my sewing machine is on the dining room table, fabric upstairs, patterns and notions in the back room downstairs. It’s no fun running all over to get supplies and equipment together to do a project. Sometimes things stall while I look for all the pieces and parts. Thanks
