The skirt would be the perfect project for my daughter!
Voted for the skirt, as I have Shiny Happy Dress from previous give-away and though I could make skirt w/o a pattern, always great to have it to just grab, cut, sew!!!
I voted Shiny Happy Dress. I was about to piece together a Halloween costume using different patterns, and it would be much simpler if I had this pattern.
