[The contest is over and the winner has been notified]
Hi everyone,
We are working hard on the content for our latest class - The Couture Sewing Academy! It goes "live" on April 1st, (no joke). So to help launch it with some fun and enthusiasm we thought we'd do a comment contest.
Here's What You Do: Just leave a comment as a response to this post and answer the question, "I want to learn couture techniques so I can _______________".
The Prize: We will pick one commenter and they'll get the course for free!
Details & Rules: Contest ends Monday March 30th, 2015 at 12:00 AM (Pacific). Official Rules: No purchase necessary, void where prohibited, contest is open to all states and countries where it is legally permitted.
If you haven't seen our promo video for The Couture Sewing Academy - check it out. We'd love to have you join in the program.

I have my own etsy shop and I want to be able to sew more professional, stylish clothes for my dolls and my shop.
I have pieced together a Queen size Quilt by hand & then Quilted it by hand- I loved every minute of it. I am now sewing Doll clothes to give to my Granddaughter for Christmas. (I’m giving her a Journey Girl doll also) I would love to be able to make some Awesome clothing made by hand by Grandma! Also, I would love to teach her the craft- I never had a daughter of my own to teach- only sons & they know the basics!
I want to learn couture techniques so I can finally feel confident enough to start the business of making beautiful doll clothes that I’ve always dreamed of. I’m all set up, have millions of ideas but I’m just lacking that last little boost of confidence. My 9 year old daughter has also designed a lot of doll clothes that I would love to bring to life for her.
So I can be the Coco Chanel of doll clothes!
I want to learn couture techniques so I can make high end doll clothes. Many of the things mentioned in this class I have heard of the terms but never knew what or how this was to be used. I think its time I learned.
