I am a mother of 3 living in South Africa, 2 boys and a girl. I come from a sewing family and started at a very young age. I fell in love with American Girl while travelling in the United States and couldn't wait to start sewing for her. When my daughter was born the fun began! I published my first pattern 3 years ago at PixieFaire and the journey has been a blessing in so many ways! I am also the proud owner of a small doll line called South African Girl Doll. I believe that every girl should have a doll of her own that she can love and dress as often as she pleases. This is a girl's dream world. Letting Girls be Girls.

I have picked the skirt….but it was tough …Also like the gym set
I have a book on worldwide fashions which lists a wrap pants pattern similar to this pattern ( for adults). The pants are called Balinese trousers and they tie in reverse( 1st in front, then in back). they are wonderfully comfortable, easy to make, and fit a great variety of body shapes and sizes. The dolls size gets my vote, what a fun style!
I picked the wrap pants and bikini top. I can think of so many fabrics in my stash that would work for this pattern. I love the 70’s look! Thank you for Freebee Friday and your generosity!

I can think of so many ways to use and adjust this pattern. The top could be a bathing suit or top of a dress. The bottoms could be made into a long skirt or shorts. love it but I think the gymsuit will win.
