The blues and pinks the over-blouse, highlight Grace’s blue eyes and freckles. Changing the colors ever so slightly to yellows and then 64. The outfit itself is very cute on either doll. I really like it on Grace best.

Well, it’s not much “who wears it best” but who’s more popular. And the answer is … Grace. Not much surprise here, since she’s the limited GOTY.
