While the outfit looks great on both dolls I think it looks best on Grace, the GOTY. The scoop neck on the tank tops fit with the flow of her sweeping bangs and the chosen fabric brings out the blue of her eyes. What a lovely gift for whomever wins!

Both dolls look good in the outfit but Grace has a bit of an edge over the other doll. Not sure if it is her skin tone or the freckles and blues eyes. Grace just has a little more sparkle in the outfit. Jope she wins.

Grace has my vote! My daughter is saving up her money for the Grace doll. Besides the face, the outfit looks best on Grace. It’s more fitted around the waist and looks the most flattering on Grace. Her eyes bring out the color of the blouse.

Thank you for offering this contest to win one of your wonderful outfits (including Janes!)! It would be as thrilling to win your outfit as to win a doll for our family! But a chance to win both??? WOW!! Who wears it best? That’s a hard one. Both dolls are beautiful and either would be appreciated in our family. But I have to say that in this case, GOTYGrace wears it best because the colors in the outfit compliment her eye color. Truly Me #64 would have my vote if the outfit was in soft earthtones like LJ’s Lightning Ridge or in bright reds/oranges. I am so happy to have just found your web site a little over a week ago. I am just starting to sew again after many years and have found so much inspiration here. I appreciate all the tips, too! Thank you for your boundless generosity, for sharing your many talents with all of us and for helping so many children and others in need.

It’s a tie. Not taking the girls’ faces into the equation, both outfits are well made, one fitting better in the front and the other one better in the back. I suspect that we Anglos forget that children of other racial groups wear the same clothes as their American friends.

Grace wears it best. It may be the dolls’ expressions. I think the outfit fits Grace’s persona. Grace makes it looks joyful and fun whereas, the Truly Me doll looks like she’s just trying on an outfit in a store to see if she likes it. The Truly Me doll looks like she’s looking into a mirror. Grace’s head is cocked a bit to the side like she welcoming a friend along with whatever she’s doing. She looks like she owns the outfit and it’s part of her “happy to see you” personality.

Another vote for Grace. The blue of the shorts and in the shirt bring out her blue eyes, the coral backing of the top brings out the warm brown highlights in her hair, and even her freckles compliment the scattered floral pattern of the blouse’s front. :)

Both dolls are beautiful and model the clothes nicely, but I was immediately attracted to the doll on the left (Grace.) I think the outfit presents better on her because it accents her blue eyes! Maybe I’m also biased because my granddaughter is a Grace and has the same beautiful blue eyes!
