i think that goty Grace wore it best because her blue eyes and freckles really add the finishing touch to the cute outfit. Her side bangs go really well with the outfit too. The face mold that she is also very unique to her which makes her extra special. My vote goes to Grace!
Grace has a twinkle in her blue eyes, and fun freckles, she is ready to go play in that outfit.
