Free Doll Accessory Pattern (May 18th, 2018) Help Us Spread The Word

Hi everyone,

On Friday (May 18th) we are highlighting the work of Elizabeth Williams, creator of the Ladybug Doll Quilts pattern collection, by offering her brand new Buttons In Boxes scalable quilt pattern for free on the first day of its release. This adorable quilt pattern compliments her new scalable mattress and pillow pattern nicely and would be a delightful addition to your doll's bedroom set!  This new pattern will be free one-day-only and then it will return to the regular price.

More About Elizabeth and Ladybug Doll Quilt Patterns, (in her own words):  "My love of dolls began in 1978 when I received my first My Friend Mandy® doll, who soon became my closest friend and confidant. I spent many wonderful, magical childhood years with Mandy, and have no doubt that she enriched my life, helped build my imagination, and provided emotional comfort to me through the transitions of childhood. When I adopted my daughter in 1999 I began to quilt, and developed a love for fabric, thread, and the beauty of handmade quilts. I began to develop my own patterns, selling them to quilt lovers for over 10 years in my quilt pattern company. As my children grew and moved away from their childhood playthings, I moved closer to mine, falling back in love with dolls and their magic. My quilts grew smaller, and my quilt room became populated with the new recipients of those tiny quilts. Now I focus primarily on making doll quilts and doll quilt patterns, and am thrilled to make them available through Pixie Faire. And Mandy? Well, she still has the top shelf in my quilt room, but is thrilled to have so many new friends to model our doll quilts with!"

Thank you, Elizabeth, for the sweet quilt pattern. It prompted me to make 3 little beds for the granddaughters’ dolls. What fun! Thanks Cinnamon and Pixie Faire!

Being a full size bed quilter I am delighted to have a pattern for doll quilts. Nice change of pace to have a fast to-do project. I’m sure the little girls in my family are going to be delighted with a new quilt for their dolls.

Thank you for the cute pattern this week. It is so adorable with cute spring prints. You could make these to fit each season using seasonal fabrics. one to look like Spring, one with Summer prints, one with Fall prints and finally Winter or Christmas prints. Then your doll can change her bedding with the seasons. Thank you so much. Love Buttons on it too. Awesome
