The Crocheted Shawl Collar Vest Designed To Fit 18 Inch Dolls:If you can crochet a rectangle, then you can make this fashionable shawl collar vest. The vest is worked from left to right around the body. The collar is added by starting at the bottom front, working from side to side, around the neck and back to the bottom front. There is very little sewing in this PDF pattern; only the shoulder seams. It is worked in lightweight yarn to give it a beautiful drape. Baby and sock yarns are ideal. Sock yarn comes in solid colors, but also in many gorgeous self-striping varieties. Recommended Fabrics: Sock or fingering yarn, any fiber.
