Leah began sewing as a child after receiving a toy sewing machine for Christmas. By the time she was in high school she was sewing all her own clothes as well as clothing and other items for family and friends. She has been designing doll clothes patterns for about two years after taking the Pattern Academy through Pixiefaire. She also enjoys quilting and is a member of the Oakland County Quilt Guild. She resides in Lake Orion, Michigan with her husband and two teenage children.

The top's bodice is fully lined with instructions for a button-up closure or a Velcro closure, you choose. Tough choice, but I voted for the flour sack dress.
I haven’t noticed this designer here on Pixie. Thanks for sharing the patterns. The choice is really hard. Most do fit like a sack, a bit too bulgy .No idea what’s is wrong. The fit is not perfect. I guess I don’t want to make them. Thought SUN & SAND SHORTS SET has the best cut. This one is really nice and challenging. Hope it wins.
So hard to pick, but I finally decided to select the flour sack dress because of the historical aspect. It would be a nice way to tell my grand daughter about it as she dresses her doll with it.
The flour sack dress looks a lot like a pattern my grandmother wore during the depression. I hope it wins, but even if it doesnt, they are all cute.
The sun and sand short set is my favorite.
