Get to know Rebecca (in her own words): "When I was around 15, I asked my mom to make me a new pair of pajama pants to wear to a sleepover. She turned to me and said, “You do it.” I‘m pretty sure my mouth was hanging open at that point because I had no idea how to sew, but she showed me the basics. After that, I used her machine so much that my parents bought me one for Christmas when I was 18. They had the amazing foresight to get me a heavy duty one because I am still using the same one almost daily in my work! I never dreamed of designing clothes or sewing for dolls. The first doll clothes I made were for my daughter, who decided her princess dolls couldn’t sleep in the princess dresses. I made up pajamas, as the dolls were two different sizes and I couldn’t find anything close to for a pattern. I thought, “I’m NEVER doing this again!” I laugh at the memory now. A few years later she got a WellieWishers® for her birthday. Thankfully, the pajamas I made for the bigger princess fit the Wellie!  After making a handful of designs for the dolls, I looked into the opportunity to publish through Pixie Faire. I had no idea that I’d love it so much and it would end up being a new job for me!"

    Inquiring Minds Want To Know:

    Q: What's your favorite food?
Rebecca: Indian Curry in its many delicious forms!

    Q: Coffee or Tea?
Rebecca: Tea with milk and sugar.

Q: What inspired your brand name?
Rebecca: After every other name I thought of was taken, so my son, our “Lil Turkey” inspired my brand name.

    Q: What's your favorite Movie?
Rebecca: Pride & Prejudice, the movie… I know that’s cheating, but my favorite is still the six-hour version!

Q: What is your dream vacation?
Rebecca: A paid trip around the world!

We'd love to hear from you. Leave a comment and tell us - which look is best! And be sure to thank Rebecca and the Pixie Faire team for giving away such cute outfits!

    Thanks, everyone!

Thank you so much for the giveaway! While I absolutely love both versions of this outfit, I have to say, I love the Big Sis version a little more purely because I have more big dolls than little ones.

I went with the big sis as all my dolls are all the 18 in but love both outfits. If able to get them both in the same size then I would make one for each of my girls dolls.
