Amish clothing is considered to be an expression of humility and non-conformity. They typically dress in a very simple style, with clothing made from plain fabrics in mainly dark colors. This PDF pattern will help you create a dress, bonnet, and two different styles of aprons.

This was a great pattern. Easy to follow and came out great.
Exactly what I ordered. Would use again. Excellent.
The pattern is fine however the instructions were barely decipherable. The word "pattern" appeared as "paern." Many words were missing letters. The word "flush" was "ush," "outfit" was "ouit"; "elastic" was "elasc"; "stitch" was "stch"; backstitching" was "backstching" "entire" was "enre"; "continue" was "connue"; "finish" was "mish""existing" was "exisng"; "left" was "le"; "notice" was "noce" "unfinished" was unnished" while "dotted" was doed" These words occurred over and over in the instructions. Thankfully I have degrees in clothing textiles and related arts, so after reading through the instructions, I put them away and did what I knew to be appropriate. This is listed as intermediate, but was very simply if it weren't for the difficulty in reading the instructions I have used Miche patterns before and never experienced anything like this. It does make a reasonable accurate Amish outfit, albeit Amish dresses, caps, bonnets and aprons very between different communities.
