Conical Rice Hat:
Three Methods included to create a traditional hat:
a. Printable – Print and Fold
b. Made using a woven placemat
c. Sewn from fabric with fusible interfacing for shape
Pattern Features:
* Slim-fit tunic with side slits at the hips
* Mandarin collar
* Raglan Sleeves for a classic smooth fitted look
* Long, straight sleeves with slightly curved hem
* Hook-and-Loop back closure
* Wide-leg pants with elastic waist
Recommended Fabrics: Light to Medium weight woven fabric. Cotton, Quilter Cotton, Linen, Sheeting and similar.
Silk, satin or cotton sateen for the tunic.
Light weight cotton or poly-blend for pants.

Dress Fabric — 12” x 28”
Pants Fabric — 11.5” x 19”
Hook-and-loop Tape — 3.75” (5/8” – cut to 1/4” wide)
Elastic — 1/4" Wide — 10”

• Organza Ribbon — 3/8” Wide — 11”

• Round Woven Placemat x1
• Round plastic woven placemat. It is light weight and thin.

• Cardboard and Paper

• Paper Interfacing — 10.5” x 10.5”
