The Frog Princess Fashions Bells and Bows Jumper and Blouse Set©2025 is a versatile addition to any 18” doll’s wardrobe, and includes a festive jumper and ruffled blouse. The set was designed with the Christmas holidays in mind, but can also be a casual set, perfect for any occasion. Stitch up the jumper from almost any woven fabric, from homespun to denim to velveteen. Make the blouse out of a shimmery satin for dressy occasions or a chambray for casual affairs…either way, this set is adorable on your 18” doll.
The jumper features an elasticized waist and button-down straps. The front of the jumper is detailed with a curved bodice and is trimmed with a big bow. Optional topstitching adds a designer touch.
The blouse features long puffed sleeves gathered into a ruffle at the wrists, a high neckline with attached ruffle for added interest, and a back closure with optional neck ties to mirror the front bow.
This PDF sewing pattern by FROG Princess Fashions is designed to fit popular 18" dolls such as those shown in the photos. *The cover version is pictured on dolls with waist measurements of 10 5/8,” chest measurements of 10 ½”, and hip measurements of 11 ½ .” Be sure to try the pattern on your doll before cutting out your fashion fabric.
Recommended Fabrics: Cotton, poly-cotton, rayon, seersucker, challis, poplin, kettle cloth, lightweight woven or knit denim, and similar light to medium-weight fabrics. Stunning in velveteen or pinwale corduroy. Blouse: gingham, plaid, polka dot, striped shirting, and coordinating small-scale prints. Also eyelet, chambray, and border print wovens. Beautiful in rayon taffeta, organza, jacquard, satin, charmeuse, faux silk.
Supplies Needed:
Main Fabric: with or without peplum:
• 1/3 yd fabric for blouse
• ¼ yd fabric with nap for jumper
Lining-All Views (it’s fun to use contrasting fabric for lining!)
• ⅛ yd fabric
Notions:
• 2 strips of ⅛” flat elastic 4” long, plus one strip of ¼” flat elastic 5” long
• 2 ¼” buttons for jumper and 3 ¼” buttons for blouse
• High-quality matching polyester or rayon thread, depending on fabric choice
• New, sharp size 11/12 needle

• Turning tool such as a metal sewing loop or loop turner
• Rolled hem foot
• Mini pressing ham
• Hemostats or tweezers
• Pinking shears for trimming tiny seam allowances
