Flossie Potter's BELTED CAPE is the perfect addition to your doll's fall wardrobe. It's a new spin on the classic cape, featuring long splits that separate the front from the covered arm and an inside belt that wraps around the waist and ties in front.
The fully-lined cape is decorated with standard-sized piping and three buttons that conceal snaps for closure (an extra hidden snap holds the overlapped front in place).
Combine the cape with Flossie Potter's TAM CAP to complete the classy look! Just 1/3 yd of 44"-wide fabric will make both pieces (additional pattern required).
Intermediate-Level seamstresses will quickly sew the Belted cape, and you'll want to make more and more!

It is too cute, would look better if the dolls actually had a neck that would show off the collar. Some of my AG dolls have more of a neck than others. It fits great otherwise and was fun to make. I made my own piping.
I loved the pattern and the finished result. It’s so cute and sure to be a favourite
This is a great pattern that goes together well and fits perfectly. It is just the outer garment your doll needs to be both stylish and warm. Adding the Tam cap is the perfect finishing touch!
