It was very easy to follow the instructions and make. I made the top a little longer and the skirt longer and made it into a dress. My granddaughter loved them.
I made the non-pleated version just like I had made for my AG doll and the Wellie size is just as easy and turns out so adorable! Laurie's photos and instructions are always great! Thanks for letting me test it!
