There are two front pocket options included. You can make a ruffled style pocket or one that is straight across for personalization. It’s the perfect size for those necessary extras while out on the town or special trips. It also makes a great purse! I recently made this doll carrier as a Christmas present for a friend. I was hesitant as I am weary of zips. I was so pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the pattern guide was. The results were amazing and now my daughter wants to make one for her doll.
This looks great with almost any fabric. It was also easy enough that my young niece managed to sew most of this bag with a little help from me. The pattern was simple enough for her to read and follow at age nine. (And she hates reading with a passion.) My niece takes this everywhere her mom lets her and the bag holds up great.
Good pattern. Made two. The second one went much faster than the first! Holds the dolls very well.
very easy to make. Great results
