I was impressed by this pattern. It is very clearly written and easy to follow. This was my first experience making doll boots or shoes as well as using hot glue. I was tasked with making doll waders to match the fishing waders a seven year old was getting for his birthday. I used the Miche Designs Firefighter Boots pattern for the boots of the waders. They went together much easier than I expected due to great instructions and illustrations. You can see from the photo that the yellow accents were left off. The pants of the waders were glued into the boots before the soles were attached.
