I found the shoulders need wider and the sleeves bigger in the arms. The dress is pretty but I wonder if the seams need to be topped stitched. May try it to see how it looks.
I enjoyed sewing this dress with the exception of creating the ruching sections on the bodice. I needed more than a single gathering thread to stabilize them while applying the lace. That bit of trickiness aside, the dress looks fabulous when complete.
All the wow factor of this dress is in the details. Because of those details, it does take a while to make this dress. It took me at least 8 hours from cutting to final Velcro. Super cute dress. The pattern bodice back had some issues printing. This might be my printer. It wasn't a big problem, I could find the correct cutting lines by seeing the bodice back first and using it for a guide. Very detailed, lovely when finished.
What a great pattern, went together easily cannot waite to get it listed on EBay
