Mini Space Patches Set 2 - Machine Embroidery Design by Genniewren Designs. Does your doll want to explore the darkest...
This was such a great time. I created 6 of them: used different colours of zippers & ribbons and glued adorable ceramic 'buttons' (bears & little girls) onto the front. Because of "The Virus" I had to make do with what I had in my various stashes...
Loved this pattern, it was fairly easy to make and turned our really well. I didn't use tuille for the front pocket I just made a pocket out of fabric and I also made the straps out of fabric, the "Heading to Grandma's" logo was easy to apply, I decided to line my backpack so it's nice and tidy inside. Looks super cute.
I have been looking at this pattern for a while now, but wasn’t sure if my skills were up to par. After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to give it a try. Boy, am I ever glad I did! What a perfectly perfect backpack! The details are ah-maziing! And, the pattern is so well written with lots of tips and details, I truly believe anyone could make this gorgeous backpack. I’ve made 12 already, in beautiful bright colors, and ihockey fabrics . I absolutely LOVE this pattern!
I just bought this pattern yesterday morning, and started to make it late afternoon. I completed it in an hour and a half including cutting it out and reading through the pattern. It was so easy and the instructions were very clear and concise. It's great when you have the photos' in the pattern as it helps to visualize sometimes. I made mine without the little parachute buckles and it fit my American girl doll perfectly. I really loved this pattern and was so impressed with how easy and quickly this backpack was to make up. I used white denim and twill fabrics and a cotton fabric that I just doubled up on as I was out of interfacing and it worked out fine. I also, only had an 8 inch zipper on hand and it didn't effect the way the pattern worked out either. It turned out perfectly! If you want a really easy, sweet and authentic looking backpack pattern, this one is ideal. Can't go wrong. K. Jones, NB, Canada
