This Liberty Jane PDF pattern, designed to fit Maplelea and Karito Kids Dolls, is designed to use woven cotton fabrics, and works with stripes, florals, polka dots, thin corduroy and much more.
Special Note - This pattern is designed to fit a Maplelea and Karito Kids Doll specifically and will not fit the standard 18 inch doll such as American Girl Doll.
Supplies Needed:
-1/8 yard of fabric
-1/8 yard of lining (optional)
-2" of 1/2" wide elastic
-Ribbon for tags - two color in two widths
-Chipboard for soles (or thick cardboard)
-Sheet of white craft foam or cork - 2mm
-Steam-a-Seam product
-1/8 yard of 'Heat and Bond" (optional)
-Glue or Hot Glue (similar to 'Fast Grab Tacky Glue')
-matching thread
-5/8 yard of 1/4" wide trim (hemp/jute)
