‘July Morning’ consists of a high waisted lined Top with a Patchwork-style Bodice Front, finished with three buttons; short Puff Cuffed Sleeves; Sash Ties and a Ruffled Peplum which tapers to points at Center Front. The Skirt consists of 2 gathered layers where the ruffled Upper layer is cut away at Center Front to allow the underskirt to peek through. The Top closes at Center Back with Hook & Loop Tape.
The Cuffed Capri Pants have an elastic waist and sports three decorative Patches with a button to finish.
