a little improv with the pattern

the second time i made this I used piping instead of making the all little raw edge ruffels. I was just darling and a little more tailored.

the vest

I did make this vest and it was a challenge, however with patience and care it turned out just darling. I did't do all the buttons however. I felt it didn't need them just put 3 on the front and used velcro to close. It was good for me to try a more difficult pattern and succeed. wish you could see how cute it is!
