Machine embroidery has exploded on the fashion runway this spring. The Paisley, Please! Machine Embroidery Design Set, by FROG Princess Fashions, was inspired by this growing demand, providing the Frog Princess Fashions Paisley, Please! Jacket sewing pattern both an artsy and a couture touch.
While a paisley is a traditional design, creating one in the right scale for an 18” doll requires an eye for detail that doesn’t make the embroidery too stiff while maintaining the characteristics of a traditional paisley design. This versatile set includes two types of dainty paisleys: the first is a single paisley, suitable for use on the collar, lapel, pockets, back and front hem bands, and yoke. The second is the Jacobean floral style paisley which is specifically designed for the jacket back, and is the stand-out design for the ten-piece set.
Use one or several of these designs to embellish your jacket or other 18” doll garments and accessories. These designs would be a lovely embellishment on doll pants legs, hats, bags, and all types of accessories, including furniture!
The beauty of these embroidery designs is that they are centered on the pattern pieces, leaving out all guesswork, for perfect results every time. No need to test-stitch on scraps, turning every which way to find the best layout, or repeatedly try to place the designs yourself. This design set includes pattern piece outlines for perfect placement within the seam allowances.
*Note: not all pattern pieces are included in the machine embroidery design set.

This machine embroidery design set by Genniewren Designs, contains three mini patch designs for use with the Royal...
Awesome pattern. I think I stitched out all of the designs. Mine is on a jacket with multi-colored embroidery. After I put the jacket together (assisted by the machine embroidery which included the cutting outlines for some of the jacket pattern pieces) I thought about all the other ways this pattern could be used. Just look at the paisley design on the pattern back! I want to make another white jeans jacket and pants and put the paisley designs down the arms and the center back, with the stitching done in navy thread. And another denim skirt with the paisley design added to the skirt hem. Or down the leg of a pair of jeans. So many ways to use this pattern! Be sure to buy the matching jacket pattern so you'll have the perfect pattern pieces to sew out all of the designs on pattern pieces designed for the embroidery!
