Patchwork & Pinafores 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

This versatile ensemble is a must for your 18-inch doll’s wardrobe.  By using appropriate fabrics, the ‘Patchwork & Pinafores’ outfit from Little Miss Muffett is great for School, Skating Sports or Party wear!

The ensemble consists of a long sleeved T-Shirt Top with a high round neckline and Hook & Loop closure at Center Back; a Hip-Waisted Pinafore with a deep Horseshoe Neckline, buckled Shoulder Straps, and a 3-tiered Ruffled Skater Skirt, with Hook & Loop closure at Center Back – and to finish the outfit, an adorable Patchwork Hat decorated with lace, ricrac, flower motifs and beads, etc.

This Intermediate pattern from Little Miss Muffett is designed to fit popular 18-inch soft-bodied dolls such as those shown in the photos and is available exclusively from Pixie Faire.

Recommended Fabrics:  Fabric Used In Samples – Stable Knit was used for the T-Shirt Top and Lightweight Quilter’s Cotton was used for the Pinafore and Patchwork Hat.

  • Hat Interfacing : Lightweight Fusible Interfacing – 16” x 13”

Notions:
  • Hook & Loop Tape for T-Shirt Top Center Back Opening : 4 ¾” x 3/8” wide
  • Hook & Loop Tape for Pinafore Bodice Center Back Opening : 2 ¼” x 3/8” wide
  • Buttons for Pinafore Bodice Front : 3” x ¼” wide
  • D-Ring Buckles for Pinafore Shoulder Straps : 4” x  ½” wide
  • Lace, Ricrac, Flower Motifs, Beads, etc. for Hat Decoration : As Desired

A Universal Sewing Needle – 80/12; a Universal Stretch Needle – 75/11; a Universal Twin Needle – 40/80; a Walking Foot, a General Purpose Foot and a ¼” Foot, are used throughout the sewing process.
