I was somewhat disappointed with the directions for this dress. The directions for attaching the collar were very vague and if followed as written, are incomplete and don't make sense. There were no photos of the process of sewing the collar on or how it should look once it's sewn on. I am an experienced sewer, so i was able to figure it out, but I think a beginner would have a difficult time. The dress turned well and is really cute.
I made a polo shirt. It was quite easy to follow and very straightforward. I'm quite experienced but I believe a beginner would have no problem using this pattern.
I learned how to sew a polo shirt placket front from this pattern. It is one of my favorite patterns. Easy to follow instructions and the finished result looks great.
I used it to make school uniforms, and it turned out wonderfully. It's also easy to use just the top half as a shirt without the full dress. Definitely versatile!
