Sassy Sixties 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

3 reviews   |

This dress and blouse ensemble is inspired by a design from the1960s, but the classic A-Line can be worn today. The jumper has a wide boat neckline and princess seams in both the front and the back. The side pieces can be placed on the bias to highlight the flattering cut. View A has deep pleats on both the front and back and an accent “belt” anchored by button trim. View B has accent piping to highlight the princess seams, and the pleats have been eliminated. A contrast belt fastened with buttons on the front give it a flattering fit. The blouse has a softly rolled collar and long sleeves gathered into a cuff and closes in the back with either hook and loop tape or buttons.

Sassy sixties sleuth

I was looking for an outfit to use for a character doll - this one was the perfect solution. Easy to follow instructions, and turned out just as I wanted it. My Nancy Drew look alike.

Modified Sassy Sixties 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

It was just what I was looking for and was easy to follow. I made a few changes and I love how it turned out. Next time maybe I will do it as directed but who knows, I like to make changes in everything I do especially cooking.

Quick and easy!

Zipped up a few dresses for my granddaughter’s Christmas. Patterns were well written and easy to put together. Cute and easy for a 4-year-oldto put on her doll!
