Serendipity 18" Doll Clothes Pattern

Your 18-inch doll will look gorgeous in this beautiful Girly Girl dress with its profusion of ruffles and lace from  Little Miss Muffett.  The lined Bodice, which closes with hook and loop tape at Center Back, has a ruffle edged bib with gathered lace and buttons adorning Center Front together with long, lace edged puff sleeves which are gathered with elastic just under the bicep. The very full gathered and layered Skirt has a ruffle edged hi-low upper skirt which exposes attached braid, while the underskirt has a deep, double layered ruffle. A narrow ribbon is tied around the waist to finish.

This fairly easy intermediate pattern is designed to fit 18-inch soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl® and is available exclusively from Pixie Faire.

Suggested Fabrics: Quilters' Cotton for Dress; Lightweight Cotton for Bodice Lining

Fabric used in main pattern examples: Quilters’ Cotton was used for the Dress and Lightweight Cotton for the Bodice Lining. Eyelet lace was used for the ruffles and faux petticoat.
