I just made the Sheath Dress yesterday and it came out great. I added 1" to the length since it looked really short. This was an easy pattern to do. The zipper instructions seemed daunting at first, but if you follow them, they work out just fine.
I just love this dress, it reminded me of one I had when I was in school, I made the dress and it was real easy to make the pattern was true to size so much fun to make. Again thank you for all the wonderful patterns. Mona
As always, simple pattern beautiful results and infinite possibilities for putting you own stamp of individuality on.
I recommend the Aspen Party Dress pattern. It can be adapted easily to make other styles like princess dresses.
Very cute dress, so simple in design. Very easy to assemble and adaptable. I made the spats into boots with no problems. If you're using a stiff fabric, you may need to cut a bit larger along the side seams to make sure you're not too tight...though my dolls just may be a bit fluffier than some...
