Supplies Needed:
- 1/3 yard fabric (or a graphic tee to upcycle)
- 1/4 yard ribbing (optional, can be self fabric)
- Thread
- Three small snaps or hook and loop tape (for closure)
- Optional: Iron on design, 7-iches across or less (for back)
