Your doll will look fabulous when going to the beach in this gorgeous retro bikini and wrap, by Little Miss Muffett. The fitted bikini is based on the extremely popular plaid and striped bikinis reminiscent of the late 1960s. The bias cut bikini top features a pretty collar, and a large bow at Center Front adds visual interest. The fitted bikini pants have cute side bows to match the bow on the bikini top. The top closes at Center Back with a snap, while the pants have a Hook & Loop ‘Zipper Finish’ closure at the side. Both the top and pants are fully lined.
The Beach Wrap, which closes at the side with a snap, features beautiful applique flowers, a long dangly fabric bow, and pretty curved front hems. This relatively easy pattern is designed to fit 18” soft-bodied dolls such as American Girl®.
Fabric Used: I used Seersucker and Cotton prints for the Bikini, Bows and Appliqué and Lightweight Cotton for the Beach Wrap and Bikini Lining.
