The Flossie Potter 3-in-1 Set for 18" dolls deserves an A+ for its detailed instructions. The pattern is for a one-piece swimsuit, hat and beach cover-up for an 18" doll and is complete from cutting to finishing details. The pattern includes tips for cutting the fabric, seam adjustments for a proper fit, and step by step, clearly labeled photos of the process. I especially appreciated the ideas to stitch and finish seams with and without a serger. Directions also included how-tos on completing a perfect string tie, use of hem tape, and suggestions on the use of the paper pattern to facilitate sewing on thin, gauze-like fabrics. The only advise I would give to those who purchase the pattern is to read all the directions before you start so you don't miss any of the wonderful ideas included. I would highly recommend this pattern! Lynn Gibbs of "Tiny TruSew"
