- 1/4 yard fashion fabric
- ⅛ yard lining fabric (optional, can use fashion fabric if desired)
- 1 yard elastic (⅛” wide)
- Matching thread
- 3 snaps or 3 inches of hook and loop tape
- Sewing machine, scissors, pins, ruler, fabric marker, large eye, blunt-tipped yarn needle (for elastic insertion)
