Very easy pattern to follow. It came out quite well.
After making the dress following the direction exactly, it turned out that the center front line was "off center". I,love the dress generally and will try again. I was contacted by the designer and we discussed the issues. I was happy to hear from her. She was not able to tell me why my dress turned out as it did but I told her of the differences I found between the left and right bodice fronts. I don't think I have a clear resolution but Imwill give the pattern another try, adjusting as I see fit. The designed was very kind to issue a refund on the pattern and has offered additional compensation for the fabric used. Overall I am satisfied with the experience.
So ladylike. Prim and proper dress. A joy to make and the lace insert IS the perfect touch.
