The Urban Vest doll clothes pattern designed by Sew Urban is a fun look for the style-conscious doll!  This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit 18 inch American Girl ® Dolls. It’s fully lined and has a cute button accent.

Supplies Needed:
-1/4 yard each of two fabrics.
-Small button and thread 

Skill Level: Easy. You will need the basic understanding of how to use a sewing machine,be familiar with sewing straight seams, and sewing a single buttonhole (optional).

 

What You Get: One 11 page sewing pattern that you digitally download as a PDF file so you can start your project immediately! The PDF sewing pattern provides full color step-by-step illustrated instructions and full size pattern pieces. Completes the ensemble!

I have used this vest for all different looks. I like it a lot! However, since some of the pieces are at angles, it would be nice to have grain lines on the pattern pieces, especially for beginners. Thanks for another fun pattern!

Love the pattern, ended up sewing the side seams by hand, just too tight to get under the machine. One bit of advice, be sure to use a fusible interfacing because of the bias front. I usually do this but forgot to and regret it.
